Description HD Ticket: [HDTN-291378|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-291378]   *Steps:*   # Create Inventory Adjustment of type Item Change and New Item with New Packing UOM. # Check UOM conversions for the old item and the new. # Now check Inventory Valuation for New Item. # It shows Unit Cost in stock UOM. # Rebuild Inventory. # Open Inventory Valuation for same item, check Unit Cost value.   *Issue:*   1. After rebuilding inventory, item cost for Inventory adjustment is shown incorrect in Inventory Valuation screen. Rebuild inventory program considers it as pack UOM and divides it.   !pastedImage_d211188_0.jpg!   Old Item conversion:   !pastedImage_d211188_1.png|height=342,width=676!   New Item conversion:   !pastedImage_d211188_2.png|height=330,width=674!   Inventory valuation cost before rebuild: !pastedImage_d211188_3.jpg!   After rebuild, It shows 10/55 = 0.1818. !pastedImage_d211188_4.jpg!   *Acceptance:*   1.
