When a contract is selected on a Inventory Receipt the unit cost is populated by the Cash Price of the sequence.
Once a contract is selected the unit cost should be read only even if the price is $0. Example, contracts with no price include HTA, and Basis. When the sequence is priced then the Bill will be updated with this price.
