Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-276518 - |https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-276518] Recost [Formulation to auto-update Pricing Level > Retail Price|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-276518]     Inventory > Item > Search Items > Items tab > Recost Formulation gear   When clicking the Update Prices button in the Recost Formulation window, that should automatically update the following fields for that Item & Location:   # Standard Cost of the Recipe Item -> working as expected # Retail Price of the Item, if Pricing Method based on Standard Cost -> working as expected # Retail Price in the Item > Pricing Levels, if Pricing Method based on Standard Cost -> *this is not updating automatically*   *Steps to Replicate in TE:*   # Manufacturing > Recipes > Recipe = Beef Feedlot Rumensin Mix, Item = 34010P50 ## Make note of Input Items: 401, 937, 52565050NL (ingredients); MIXING1-50LB and BAGGING1-50LB (flat rate charges included in cost of finished good) # Inventory > Item > Pricing tab. ## Make note of Current Standard Cost for Items = 401, 937, 52565050NL, MIXING1-50LB, BAGGING1-50LB ## Make note of Current Retail Price for Items = 401, 937, 52565050NL ## If Pricing Levels, make note of Current Retail Price for each Pricing Level ### You will want to do this so you can validate the Cost Difference and Retail Prices update later in the process ## Update Standard Cost of Items = 401, 937, 52565050NL ### You may want to increase and decrease some of the standard costs - but just make sure there is a net change for all ingredients # Inventory > Item > Items > Recost Formulation Gear ## New ### Header #### Date defaults to current date, but could be changed #### Price Rounding = 1 (you could use 1 thru 6 to set number of decimal places for price rounding) #### Recost Formulation Number will be created upon Save #### Category From = FBP, To = FBP (could also do a range here) #### Description = free form text ### Details #### To Load Items from this Location/Category combination into Detail section, click LOAD ITEMS button #### NOTE: I removed extra items I didn't need so I could focus only on 34010P50 #### Standard Cost = Current Standard Cost of 34010P50 (recipe item/finished good) #### New Standard Cost = using the updated ingredient items standard costs #### Verify the Cost Difference and Cost Difference % calculate correctly #### Price = Current Retail Price of 34010P50 #### New Price = new Retail Price if pricing method based on Standard Cost #### Verify the Price Difference and Price Difference % calculate correctly #### If everything looks correct, click UPDATE PRICES button ## Close Recost Formulation window # Inventory > Item > Pricing tab ## Item = 34010P50 > Pricing tab ### Standard Cost should reflect the "New Standard Cost" from 3.a.ii.4 ### Retail Price should reflect the "New Price" from 3.a.ii.7 #### Retail Price will only update if Pricing Method based on Standard Cost ### Pricing Level > Retail Price should have automatically updated to reflect a newly calculated price, if the Pricing Method is based on Standard Cost     *Acceptance:*   The Standard Cost, Retail Price, and Pricing Level Retail Prices for the Location should all automatically update if there was a change in the Recost Formulation window. Retail Prices will only update if Pricing Method based on Standard Cost.   Will include more steps to replicate in the Jira.
