*Steps:*
1. Go to Inventory > Maintenance > Items
2. Click New button
3. Set Item Type as Other Charge
4. Click Setup tab > Cost
*Issue:*
Add a Freight Location Override grid in the Cost tab.
* The grid will allow the user the specific item and location it will have freight account override.
* This change is specific for Transport Load.
* It will be used in the Invoice posting where it will book the Freight Revenue using the Freight override.

*Acceptance:*
There should be a Freight Location Override grid displayed in Cost tab.
