Inv Receipt - Drop Tax Group field, Add Tax (number) field. Calculate tax
|Number|Tax|Optional|VC, AG, PT|If "Purchase Sales Tax Group" is selected for the item, tax has to be automatically calculated and filled in this field. Do the tax calculation before "Line Total" field is calculated.
User can make adjustment to the system calculated tax amount.
When Receipt type is PO, load the tax from PO
