The opportunities should be linked to multiple qotes -
* There should be a tab called quotes under opportunities (projects renamed)
* quotes should be able to be selected from the list of quotes
* the "Active" flag should be maintained at the quote level
* active quotes should be summed in the grid to give you a total value of the opportunity
