Description User Experience:   We are going to use help desk as the basis for our CRM package - CRM is very very similar in nature to our help desk feature and work flow.     We need to seggregate tickets into two types -   * help desk ticket * activities   Activities should be launced from the crm menu   the Activity would be the ticket screen rename per below     DO NOT CREATE ANOTHER SCREEN - PROGRAMATICALLY RENAME BASED UPON WHERE IT WAS LAUNCHED FROM
