Description Additional information:   1. User cannot create a ticket in Create Ticket screen, Tickets screen, Projects screen. When user opens a contact in Customer Contact List, 'Add New' Ticket screen does not open.   2. Issue encountered in www.i21server.com/i1540/QC/i21/#login (15.4.1019.195)
