Additional information:
- If user enters only Module column value (Description and Group are blank), then clicks Save toolbar button, it appears that record is saved successfully. However, on clicking Close toolbar button, 'Do you want to save the changes you made?' message is displayed. Added row will only be saved if Module, Description and Group are filled in.
