Description We would like to use the \{ symbol to denote mentioning a ticket.     To create uniformity we should have the ability to type \{ or click a button to do the mention, just like mentioning a user. This feature should work exactly like the user mention but only allows to choose tickets instead of users.   Validation:   # Users can only mention tickets from their company, closed or open. # Agents can only mention tickets from the company that the ticket is for. For example if you are typing in a ticket for Company 1, you cannot mention a ticket from Company 2. # Agents can also mention closed and open tickets.
