Out of Office Sends Email, but does not put reply in ticket

Description I was testing the Out of Office Feature (which is pretty cool), and for some reason it would send an email to the User that responded with the Out of Office reply, but not actually put the response in the ticket.   !pastedImage_d43567_0.png! !pastedImage_d43567_1.png! I also tested it when creating a new ticket, as opposed to responding to an old ticket and the same thing happened.   Other than that the feature worked great.   Thanks for the help,   Cody
