History shows tickets for all customers

Description In FortBooks live, 15.3.0825.425 was just installed. When you bring up a ticket, and click the History tab, the list generated is for all customers. it should just show the customer that the ticket was assigned to.   Opened ticket:   !pastedImage_d42903_0.png! Now click the History Tab. Only tickets forthis customer should be displayed. Instead, all tickets are displayed for all customers. It appears to work correctly when a customer is logged in though, which is good. !pastedImage_d42903_1.png!
