HDTN-163895 is showing an incorrect assignee in the JIRA Issue Assignee. This is occuring in both 15.3.0825.425 and 15.2,0721.496 but there is no point in fixing this in 15.2 since 15.3 is going into fort books live next week.
The help desk view shows Joan Felger as the Assignee, but the JIRA item shows Sarath.
