Description In 15.3 QC, while testing the out of office changes I tried to create a new ticket from scratch. Most of the time it worked ok. But once it appeared like below. The reply area was very small, and it would not save. I cancelled out, started again and it was OK. I’ve heard customers complain of this every now and again. What causes this and is there anything we can do about it to make sure it does not happen? It seems like most tickets start out this size, then expand out to fill the reply area.   !pastedImage_d42018_0.png!
