Highlight Project Tickets in the HelpDesk Ticket List

Description Helpdesk tickets that are tied to projects need to be identified in the help desk ticket list. For example, a project has several tickets assigned to an agent. That agent also has many "regular" tickets. So when the agent looks at their ticket list, there is no quick way to differentiate the project tickets from the rest.   One suggestion is to highlight these tickets with a background color. Another way could be to outline the row. Need to keep in mind how the ticket is already highlighted based on Status.   Suggestions?
