On the JIRA Issues Tab, when a JIRA item is added to the ticket (created in JIRA and linked from Helpdesk), the Reporter, Assignee and Fixed By fields are not populating.
Shot#1 is of helpdesk ticket HDTN 168103. It is linked to HD-864. The other fields are correctly link, but Reporter, Assignee and Fixed By are blank. Reporter and Assignee are populated on the JIRA item (shot#2), but Fixed By is not visible.
