# The Quoted Hours, Actual Billable Hours, and Hours Over/Short Should All have totals at the bottom of the list. If possible, make these totals visible at all times on the screen, and the remaining data scroll (if possible).
# All numeric values and totals should be right justified
# The pct scomplete should use the same logic as the project list search screen
