In 15.3, if the result of one of the predefined ticket list is 0 rows, after a few seconds, the user will be redirected to the customer contact list.
In 15.3, log in as agadmin and click Tickets, the 3 tickets display normally. But, if I close that window and then open any of these 3 lists (Open Tickets, Tickets Assigned to Me or Tickets reported by Me) and after briefly showing the correct panel with 0 records, you are redirected to the customer list screen.
This is not happening in 15.2, but that could be because that is an undocked screen.
