Auto Assignment Still a Problem

Description Please take a look again at the auto assignment logic. After the latest patch (15.2.0714.486) was applied today to fort books, most tickets auto assigned correctly.   However one ticket (HDTN-167605) did not. In the ticket list, it was assigned to the customer who issued it, but the assigned to box in the ticket screen was blank. The product was Patronage, which is set to go to the Ag group, which has Sherri as the primary.   When I tested creating a ticket for this same product, the ticket auto assigned correctly. When I logged in as the customer and created a ticket, it also auto assigned correctly.   Please check the code again. There are 2 problems: 1-The Assigned to box on the Ticket screen is blank. 2- The Assigned To field on the ticket list shows the name of whoever created the ticket. If no one is assigned to the ticket, the assigned to on the ticket list should also be blank.     !pastedImage_d40212_0.png! This is a shot of the database:   !pastedImage_d40212_1.png!
