ISSUE
I was composing my reply and left it opened while working on customer server ( say for 15-20 minutes).

When I got back to the reply and trying to complete and send. Saving is not taking effect.
I did not see any error though console. I needed to relogin then copy/paste the reply I'd composed.
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
Should save the draft if somehow the cookies/cache has been expired.
