Filtering on ticket number produces bad results

Description In live fort books 15.2.0616, (and also 15.2.0622) go into Open Tickets. In the filter box, enter any ticket number. It can be with or without the HDTN-. But all results are returned.   If you enter the specific field filter, it works ok.
