In Fortbooks, bring up ticket HDTN-165742 in All Tickets. Note that while it was created by Diane, the contact is Laura. Open the Ticket.

Now try to change the contact to Laura, then SAVE

After clicking SAVE, the status never changed in the bottom of the screen

When you close, the contact is still Laura, but when you go back in to the ticket, the contact is back to Diane. It never updated.

But I have other tickets in my queue that I am able to change the contact info, and save correctly. The list panel refreshes and the panel saves as expected.
