% Module Complete needs to be calculated for each Project, not a combination of all projects. In the Project List, it appears that it is calculating it on all projects.

In rethinking this, we do not want to calculate quantity of tickets vs quantity of tickets closed. I have written up an iNet page describing how this needs to be done. Just make sure it is done for EACH project.
