When a Help Desk ticket is created, have the Details box opened up automatically

Description When creating a new Help Desk ticket, have the Details box opened up automatically. Currently you have to click reply in order to open the box. Also, have the wording in gray (shown in HD-699 and [http://inet.irelyserver.com/display/hd/Add+customer+data+fields+to+Help+Desk+ticket)|http://inet.irelyserver.com/display/hd/Add+customer+data+fields+to+Help+Desk+ticket] "Please type in a detailed description of the issue" displayed in this detail box.
