In Projects:
1) issues with % Complete - I can type in this field. This should be a calculation and should be read only
2) issue with Completed - The checkbox should depend on % complete. If all tickets are not in closed status, then do not allow the box to be checked and saved. If all tickets are not closed related to project and the user checks the box and saves the Project, we need to give a message that "Project cannot be marked complete until all Help Desk tickets related to this Project are in a Closed status.".
