Cannot open Records on search screen after opening Customer Contact List for support

Description + *Steps:* +   ++1. Open any search screen (i.e User Security)   2. Click the support button at the bottom of the screen:   !pastedImage_d34614_0.png! 3. Close the Customer Contact List then select a record on the Search User Security and open   !pastedImage_d34614_1.png!   + *Issue:* +   Unable to open record, console error appears     + *Acceptance Criteria:* +   ++Should still be able to open the record
