Several issues when logged into the Help Desk as a customer:
1) ticket list takes about 20 seconds to load compared to 2-3 seconds when logged in as an agent
2) Ticket takes a long time to come up also and no information comes into the ticket. System locks up then and you have to restart browser to get back in.
