Description Customer has access to change Quoted Hours in Hours Worked tab in Help Desk and should not. This should only be accessible by internal agent. This should be read only for customer. Modified iNet page to reflect this [http://inet.irelyserver.com/display/hd/Quoted+Hours+vs.+Actual+Hours]
