Description ***This is applicable when closing or reopening a ticket by an agent.   Scenarios of Test Case:   2. When an agent reopens a ticket. Agent is also Assigned To   3. When an agent reopens a ticket. Agent is not the Assigned To   *STEPS*   1. Open an existing Ticket   2. Change the Status to Reopen or Close through drop down   *ISSUE*   Close and Ticket buttons do not toggle.     *ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA*   Close and Ticket buttons should toggle automatically,
