Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-274782 - [Tickets] Time Entry changes from time entry 22.1 should be applied to ticket time tracking|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-274782]   Inet specs: [http://inet.irelyserver.com/x/BK6cDQ]   Details:   1. Time tracking in Tickets should be read-only (should reflect what was logged in the time entry screen; same columns as in Time Entry)   2. If users would like to log their hours, they should just click 'log hours' in the ticket>time tracking screen that will redirect them to the time entry screen   3. For the auto time tracking feature in the tickets screen, when the user clicks yes (to save the auto logged hours), the 'time entry' screen should pop-up and the system should log the time entry (should still be editable)
