Description Add "supported" checkbox to HD Maintenance screens:Ticket Types, Statuses, Products, Job Codes, Modules, and Product Codes (similar to "versions" tab under Products)   1) Add columns to each of these maintenance screens labeled "Supported" with a checkbox under for each one listed. Default checkbox to checked for all.   2) If the checkbox is unchecked, then do not display this option in the dropdown when adding in a new call or modifying an existing ticket   3) Allow the item in the maintenance screen to be unchecked and ALLOW save of the maintenance screen, even if it is used in another table. Also confirm that Versions in Products can save when used in another table.   4) If the item is unchecked in the Maintenance screen, still display it on the ticket with the appropriate name. For example, if Ticket Type "10.3-Error Fix" supported checkbox is unchecked, still display "10.3-Error Fix" on any existing tickets that have this as Ticket type.   The reason for all of this is because we are bringing in closed incidents from TechExcel that could be quite old and could have products, modules, etc that are no longer used in our current system. We still need to display the correct information on the tickets, but do not want customers or agents choosing these old options on new or existing open tickets.
