Rules:
1. Date cannot be the same for 1st warning, 2nd warning and lockout
2. Dates can be blank - but there needs to be at least one date for the 3 fields
ex. 1st warning - blank, 2nd warning- blank, lockout - July 15, 2022
3. Dates inputted in the warning dates can be days before (but not before billing period start date) and day itself and so on.
4. Dates inputted in lockout period should only be day itself and so on. Lockout date cannot be days before billing period end.
5. After editing a period's lockout reminder's, the user can still input default days on the default lockout reminder fields but will be warned that all edited (per period) lockout dates will be overwritten
6. Warning dates should not be the same not only in the grid but also in whole period
7. 2nd warning date should be later than 1st warning date; Lockout date should be later than 2nd warning
