coworker issues:
* _Has unapproved Time Entry_ - There is time entry record but not yet approved based from selected period.
* _Inactive but has a Time Entry _- The agent setup under coworker goal is not active but there is a time entry record.
* _No Time Entry or insufficient time entry_ - The agent setup under coworker goal is active but there is no time entry record or did not met the required hours for that period
* _No Coworker Goal Setup but has time entry_ - There is a time entry record but the agent don't have a setup under coworker goal.
