I added the TRAVEXP row for Dylan Gamboa to HDTN-272138 and attempted to mark the "Reimbursable" checkbox. The warning "Agent must be a vendor." popped up and the system would not allow the checkbox to be marked. I reached out to Ajith and he confirmed that Dylan has a vendor record (2nd screenshot).
