Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-272636 - Jira keys are not updating on the ticket search screen in helpdesk|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-272636]   *Steps:* Follow the test case for detailed steps. 1. HD > Activities > Tickets 2. Input Ticket Details > Save 3. Navigate to Jira Tickets Tab > Create Issue > Input issue details > OK 4. Link Issue > Input Jira Key > OK 5. Refresh > Yes to Save   *Issue:* {color:#000000}Jira keys are not updating on the ticket search screen, very confusing to user if they created a JIRA for the ticket or not.
