1. Help Desk > Activities > Ticket
2. Click New > Open Select Customer > Verify details > Input details > Save
3. Navigate to Jira Issue tab > Create Issue > Drill down to Jira > Move
4. Go back to i21 screen > Refresh > Save
*Issue:* Jira moved to different module was duplicated in the grid _(Please see the attached video for your reference)_
*Accepted:* Displayed Jira Key should be unique in the grid.
