1. HD > Activities > Tickets
2. Input Ticket Details > Save
3. Navigate to Jira Tickets Tab > Create Issue > Input issue details > OK
4. Link Issue > Input Jira Key > OK
5. Refresh > Yes to Save
*Issue:* Just created this jira for this HD, see the HD search list shows no jira:

yes in the ticket, it is showing the jira:
!pastedImage_d182877_1.png|height=255,width=888!
This is impacting dozens, if not 100s of tickets. This stops filters from working based on jira specific search or blank/not-blank requirements.

Jira Keys should be visible from the Search Ticket's grid.
