1. {color}Go to Help Desk > Reports > Ticket Summary
2. Filter Agents >Click hyperlink in Open Tickets column > Tickets should load > Close
3. Activities > Tickets > Tickets should load > Close
{color:#000000} *Issue:* When trying to view any tickets in help desk I get an Internal Server error and none of the tickets load.{color}
