Jira Tickets are not showing for some users but works fine for others

Click New button > Open Selected customer > Input Ticket Details > Save 3. Navigate to Jira Issues Tab > Click Create Issue > Input Jira details > OK > Drill down to JIRA link > Update details 4. Go back to i21 screen > Refresh HD ticket > Click YES to Save 5. Click Link Issue > Input Jira > Ok > Refresh HD ticket > Click YES to Save   _B. Project (Issue #2)_ 1. Help Desk > Activities > Projects 2. Go to Jira Roll Up Tab > Filter:Project > Verify the image/icon 3. Go to All Projects Tab > Filter:Project > Open Selected project 4. Navigate to JIRA issues tab > Verify the image/icon   *Issue:* We are having a weird problem with some users not being able to see Jira ticket linked in a Help Desk ticket. George even tried clearing his cache, running Chrome using Incognito and even running i21 using Edge and it never shows the Jira tickets for him. A couple other users experience the same issue. So it’s weird that it works for some users and not for others.   !pastedImage_d181833_1.png|height=321,width=1056!   Also, we noticed the images are broken when viewing in a Project. This seems to be the case for all users.
