Go to support > all tickets.   + *Issue:* +   {color:#0f0f0f}All tickets tab with zero filters. All the user can see is his own ticket - with him as the contact. See the screenshot in the comment. {color}   + *Accepted:* + All customer's tickets should be showing in the grid and can be viewed by the other contacts
