See below screenshot. FRM-10055 is now shown on the JIRA Tickets tab, but is shown on the JIRA Keys field.
I think this is what happened:
1. FRM-10055 is first created, and then linked to the HD.
2. FRM-10055 is then changed to become SM-5288, then SM-5288 is linked to the HD.
3. But the JIRA Keys field in the DB is not updated correctly to reflect that.

Issue:
JIRA Keys column is still reflecting jira that has been moved.
Acceptance:
Moved JIRA should no longer be displayed
