1. Log in as Contact > Support > All Tickets
2. Click New Button > Select Customer #1 > Input Ticket Details > Save
3. Click Duplicate Button > Change customer value to Customer #2 > Input ticket details > Save > Close
4. Click refresh > Tickets created should appear > Go to Tickets Reported by me > Tickets created should appear > Close
(Check back end)
1. Login (non-contact)
2. Help Desk > Activities > Tickets
3. Filter tickets created by Contact > Should show tickets
+ *Issue:* +Tickets created by the contact (linked to multiple customers) is not shown in Portal's search ticket's screen
+ *Acceptance* :+ Display all tickets related and created by the contact
