Add a Link button to the Ticket No text box as shown in below screenshot. When a user clicks this Link button, it should copy the URL and wrap it into a Link using the Ticket Number.
# Click the Link button and copy the ticket number (HDTN-245105) to a variable.
# Concatenate that with the Servers URL to create a link to that ticket. This should work on any customers server but here is how it looks for our server.

# Then create a Link using the Ticket Number and copy it to the clipboard.
