When clicking the "Create Issue" button in Help Desk from the JIRA Tickets tab, make the following changes.
# Automatically fill in the JIRA Project. This can be done by looking up the JIRA Project based on the selected "Module" in the Help Desk Ticket.

# Issue Type - default to "Bug"
# Summary - good the way it is.
# Customer - default to the Customer of the help desk ticket
# Priority - default to the selected Priority in the help desk ticket. Pull from the Priorities screen, JIRA Priority column.

# Reported Version - default to the Version field in the help desk ticket
# Fixed Version - default to the same as Reported Version
# Assignee - works good based on the selected Project.
# Reporter - Can we match the help desk user to the JIRA user?
# Move the "Epic" and "Component" fields to the bottom of the screen below the "Reporter" field.
# Description - Default this to the data inside the "Description" field on the Details tab.
## If that is blank/empty then default it to the "First" reply in the Conversation/Comment instead.
## Include the link to the Help Desk ticket at the top of the Description like this:

# JIRA "Help Desk Ticket" custom field - This should default to the Help Desk Ticket Number which part of the following Enhancement.

*Link Issue*
When clicking the Link Issue button we need to ensure the following gets updated to the linked JIRA ticket.
# Include the link to the Help Desk ticket at the top of the Description like this:
