Description *Steps* :   1. Help Desk > Tickets > open HDTN-233377   2. Go to Time Tracking tab > insert new line       *Issue* :   Cannot add new line in tab   !pastedImage_d125450_0.png|height=522,width=1071!       *Accepted* :   User should be able to add new line to the ticket
