Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-209995 - Fort Books go live|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-209995] Steps:   1. Make sure to set your user preference to keep search screens open.   2. Open Help Desk Tickets.   3. click New ticket - this will open the customer contact list.   4. Close the contact list.   Issue: In 18.1, the search screen from #2 (Help Desk Tickets) would remain open in the background.
