1. HD > Tickets
2. Create new ticket or use an existing
3. Go to JIRA Issues tab
4. Click Create Issue
*Suggestion* :
Add the Environment field (so reporter do not need to go to the JIRA link and add the build number there)
Currently only the version the customer is on is on the ticket - we want the version you need the change in on the ticket
