* total current open calls (disrgard date range for this number)
* Add total hours Billed
* Add total Billable (Hours X Rate)
* Add total reopend calls
* Add number of calls rated number of calls where satisfaction was recorded
* Add average rating (rating total / number of calls rated)
* Days outstanding (Closed date - date created)
Note that this should be by the current owner of the ticket.
