Create a new menu called time entry.
It is difficult to flip beween tickets and efficiently track time - we need a time sheet to group and allow quick time tracking.
Can we add a new screen and grid that will allow time entry?
Start date and end date - would limit the non-billable checked time
* Only include non-billable time for the start to end date
* Only include items that have not been billed
* Mabye two flags
Run the special price routine to get the billable rate
Total time and total billable
