Description Steps:   1. HD > Ticket Status Workflow   2. Input data > Save (copy below image)   !pastedImage_d81030_0.png!     *Issue* :   2 active workflow   I created ticket using the status set in Status workflow then replied as the contact, first item was used as the new ticket status.     *Accepted* :   Setting of active should not be allowed if the Ticket Status and Trigger are the same.     _Not allowed:_   !pastedImage_d81030_1.png!   _Allow_:   !pastedImage_d81030_2.png!   !pastedImage_d81030_3.png!
